I just thought I'd drop you a note and thank you. You folks at YNC stand behind your claim of customer service and reliability.

I was a member of a nationwide ISP for the last 4 years and it had become increasingly difficult to maintain communications and a solid relationship with their support. At the beginning of this year I was down to an average of 40% success in connecting to their network. Their tech support was of no help. Only a short time after switching to YNC, your tech support and I were able to pinpoint my problem and get me back on track.

Actually I want to compliment YNC for there service and support. Whenever I had to call in for support, my problem was taken care of or they had an answer for me. As far as service, Service has been great and speedy. YNC has been the best internet provider I have had in the last 5 years. It is very rare that i have any down time or busy signals. Keep up the good work. I would also like to thank Sean at tech support. He has been very Helpful when ever I call. I believe Ken has also helped me out with some problems so once again I just want to compliment YNC for the great service.
